What does HouseLens actually do?
It adds a panel to Rightmove and Zoopla listings with the record behind the home: real sold prices from HM Land Registry, the verified address with EPC and tenure, area data like crime, schools, flood and broadband, and how the selling agent performs locally. No new tabs, no copy and paste.
Which websites does it work on?
Rightmove and Zoopla property listings, in Chrome and Edge. Open a listing and the panel appears under the header.
Where does the data come from?
Official, public sources wherever possible: HM Land Registry for sold prices, the government EPC register, police.uk for crime, the Environment Agency for flood risk, Ofcom for broadband and mobile, and planning.data.gov.uk for conservation areas and listed status. Agent performance comes from AgentSeeker's own data.
How is this different from other free overlays?
Most free tools stop at area-level statistics. HouseLens adds three things they do not: the full sold-price history from Land Registry, the verified exact address (recovered and EPC-matched), and the selling agent's real track record. The area data is free; the per-property depth is where Lite and Pro come in.
Is it free?
Yes, to start. The free panel already matches the best free tools. Lite is £4.99 a month with 20 property lookups, Pro is £17.99 a month with 100, and both add the verified address and full sold history. There is a yearly option with two months free.
What counts as a lookup?
A lookup is the verified, exact-address view for one property. You can revisit that property as often as you like at no further cost; only opening a new property uses a lookup. When you reach your monthly allowance the panel returns to the free postcode-level view until the 1st of the next month.
How accurate is the address?
The portals hide the full address, so we recover it and confirm it against the EPC certificate before marking it verified. When we cannot be certain, we say so rather than guess, and show the most likely candidates instead.
Do I need an account?
No account is needed to look. You only create one (it takes a moment, no password required) when you subscribe to Lite or Pro, so your plan follows you across devices.
What do you collect about me?
As little as possible. The extension uses an anonymous install id for rate limiting and never stores the listings you browse. Full detail is on the

Can I cancel any time?
